30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
To start a return, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned with all original items included, including the product, packaging, accessories, inserts, cases, manuals, and any other items received with the order.
Returns may be refused or voided if the product is damaged beyond normal use, shows signs of misuse, abuse, improper handling, intentional damage, tampering, stains, liquid exposure, strong odors, or unsanitary condition. Returns may also be refused if any parts, accessories, inserts, manuals, cases, or packaging are missing, or if the packaging is torn, heavily damaged, stained, written on, or altered.
Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Returns sent without approval, shipped after the approved return window, or returned to the wrong address may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If the return meets our requirements, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet this policy.
